Hunting at Burke Farms
- Upland bird hunting at Burke Farms consists a hunting preserve totaling more than 2200 acres. These areas offer a variety of hunting environments including, corn, wheat and soybean crop areas, native grass, CRP areas and various canyon, creek and waste ground areas. Enjoy your choice of hunting wild pheasants, released pheasants or a combination of both on our hunting preserves. Chukar and Quail hunting is available as well. Your dogs are always welcome. We do have dogs available if needed.
- Upland bird hunting available September 1st through March 31st each year. Hunting is optimal between the middle of October and the middle of February.
- Deer and Turkey hunts are also available. We offer Bow, Muzzlerloader and Rifle deer hunts. These hunts occur during the regular deer hunting seasons established by the Nebraska game and Parks Commission. http://www.outdoornebraska.ne.gov
Predator hunting is also available as we have an abundance of coyote, bobcat and racoon.
- We offer hunting on over 7000 acres of family owned land. A lodge is available located in the heart of some of our finest hunting. The lodge includes beds, bathroom with a shower and kitchen. Mule deer and Whitetail deer are both available on our property.
